By accessing or using the CyberMobs website and Cyber Health Check assessment tool at cybermobs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

CyberMobs provides a free online cybersecurity assessment tool based on the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) Essential Eight framework. The tool evaluates your organisation's security posture through a questionnaire and provides a scored report with recommendations.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when completing the assessment
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the assessment tool
- Not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
4. Assessment Results
The Cyber Health Check assessment provides a general indication of your organisation's cybersecurity posture. Results are based solely on the information you provide and are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute a formal security audit, penetration test, or professional cybersecurity certification.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code on this website are the intellectual property of CyberMobs unless otherwise stated. The Essential Eight framework is developed and maintained by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), and references to it are used for educational purposes in alignment with publicly available guidance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CyberMobs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Reliance on assessment results or recommendations
- Any security incidents occurring after or despite using the assessment
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
- Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the service
7. No Professional Advice
The information provided through the Cyber Health Check tool does not constitute professional cybersecurity advice. For comprehensive security assessments, we recommend engaging a qualified cybersecurity professional or consultant.

By submitting your email address during the assessment, you consent to receiving your assessment results and related cybersecurity guidance via email. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
